Cannot create projects or namesapces in the developer sandbox.

I am facing the some problems with the developer sandbox. i cannot create namespaces, routes and some other api resources. The error indicates that you do not have access. But i am logged in with the account that i created the developer sandbox.
Even if i try to give myselft cluster-admin role it returns the same error: "Error from server (Forbidden): namespaces is forbidden: User "marjolleshi" cannot create resource "namespaces" in API group "" at the cluster scope".
I get this error for different API Resources.
