Unable to remove kmod packaged from RHEL8.10

So I have an issue I am stuck with.

I have RHEL 8.10.
Can't upgrade kernel as dnf update says:

Running transaction check

To diagnose the problem, try running: 'rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest'.
You probably have corrupted RPMDB, running 'rpm --rebuilddb' might fix the issue.
The downloaded packages were saved in cache until the next successful transaction.
You can remove cached packages by executing 'dnf clean packages'.

When I am trying to do rpm -qa it shows me that packages are there.

# rpm -qa | grep kmod-v4l2loopback

kmod-v4l2loopback-4.18.0-553.5.1.el8_10.x86_64-0.12.7^20230503g2c9b670-3.el8.x86_64

But when I am trying to remove them it fails.
Rebuild db does not help.
Files does not exist (was checking with find command)

I am sure this is something easy to fix but I am stuck on it for few hours already ....
THX in advance for any hint
