crc.qcow2 growing rapidly (new local openshift )

Hi, I'm installed local openshift version on RHEL for a development system. The system runs out of storage space with a completely fresh Openshift environment. The crc.qcow2 file is growing rapidly. I do not understand why. Nothing has been created in openshift yet and no configuration has been done. Just growing.
RHEL and Openshift are running on a 256GB SSD.
