Vulnerabilty management

OADP operator v1.3.2 runs on my cluster. To verify the package versions used by this operator, I had visited the git repo https://github.com/openshift/oadp-operator but there the latest release is v1.1.3 even though I see a branch named 'oadp-1.3'. But how can I verify the code present here is the same that's running on my cluster?
