How can I use base-2 units in Cockpit Storage? (RHEL 8/9)

I've been looking for an easy-to-use, graphical tool to allow my co-workers to create and edit LVM logical volumes. Most of them aren't familiar with the Linux command line. Cockpit looks like an ideal solution. The only problem is that Cockpit uses base-10 units (1 GB = 10^9 bytes), while the LVM command line tools and most of the rest of the OS use base-2 units (1 GB = 2^30 bytes). It's a problem when someone tries to create a 150 GB logical volume and ends up with 139.7 GB. Is there any way to make Cockpit use the same units the rest of the OS uses? Or is there a different graphical tool that can create and manipulate LVM logical volumes? My company is subject to strict regulations on the software we install and use, so I can't simply grab something off the Internet. It needs to be a program supported by Red Hat.
