How to remove an unused kernel and its dependencies

Hi All,

I regularly update my RHEL 8 system. However, when updating to the 4.18.0-553 kernel, the display configuration stopped working properly, leaving me with an extremely low-resolution display and no way to change it. It doesn't even recognize the Dell display I have connected to it. This may also have something to do with my use of the NVIDIA kmod driver, but I don't know for sure. After several kernel version updates, this is the first time I've had any problems.

I'd like to remove the 553 kernel and its dependencies from the list of bootable kernel versions when the system starts up. It's currently the default selection, so I have to be sure to watch while the system is starting up so I can select the 4.18.0-513 kernel instead before the machine boots.
