crash server after update from redht 9.3 to 9.4

Hello,

After updating my Red Hat 9 server from kernel version kernel-5.14.0-362.24.1.el9_3 to kernel-5.14.0-427.16.1.el9_4, the issue is that the server boots into the new kernel, but once I reach the authentication window, the server crashes and becomes unresponsive. However, when I boot into the old kernel, there are no issues.

For your information:
The update was performed on 11 servers, with 4 servers working correctly and 7 servers encountering this issue.
The servers are VMs running on VMware vCenter.

Do you have any insights or suggestions regarding this problem?
