Changing Proxy

Hello,

I have just setup bootstrap but moving on forward I had to chnage my my proxy setting and old proxy is not in use any more. Is there any config or oath where I could edit proxy settings in bootstrap. I don't want to resetuo entire bootstrap with new install.yml file.
