Problem in installing Wine and PlayOnLinux on rhel 9

I have installed wine on my pc but it doesn't work everytime I execute some file using command:
wine setup.exe
or with complete path it says file not found
Then I tried installing playonlinux it gives me the following error:

Now this error keeps on poping even when I update

Please help me to install and use windows apps such as proteus and cisco packet tracer
