hard shutdown

Hi,
The rhel 8.8 rebooted and in /var/log/messages
Apr 9 06:22:01 bbemnbgp101d systemd: Started Session 2877135 of user nagios.

As you can see at Apt 9 06:24:33 ->Hard Shutdown.
What is this and what is the reason?
Then the OS stopped at 07:07 and booted at 08.21 ->45 minutes was stopped.Does it means somebody booted the server?
