NTPv4-MIB NTP sync status monitor

Hi, Was exploring on how to monitor NTPv4-MIB::ntpEntStatusCurrentMode OID. Is there any MIB and subagent support from Red Hat for monitoring NTP.
And also want to generate snmptrap when system is not synced to remote NTP.

Target OS: RHEL8

By following below RFC was able to extend snmp to include NTPv4-MIB, but stuck in generating snmptrap.
