Upgrade - rhel7 to rhel 8 - dnf_package_download Error

I wonder if anyone face this similar issue where leapp preupgrade scan seems fine, but when you run leapp upgrade it breaks in the middle of the upgrade and shows these Error listed below, Please advise:
