Errors during downloading metadata from Red Hat Satellite 6.14

Hi All,
I have installed Red Hat Satellite 6.14 on RHEL 8.9 server.
I passed through procedures:
- import manifest
- enable and sync repositories
- create new environment
- create, publish, promote Content-view
- create activation-key
- create host group
- create registration command
But registration command is failed with error:
Errors during downloading metadata for repository 'rhel-8-for-x86_64-baseos-rpms':
- Status code: 404 for https:///pulp/content//Library/rhel8_test2/content/dist/rhel8/8/x86_64/baseos/os/repodata/repomd.xml

Index of https:///pulp/content/ is empty.
Directory /var/lib/pulp/content is missing from Satellite server.
Have you please any idea where is issue?
