RHEL 8 booting without GUI

I installed a RHEL 8.6 iso file (https://developers.redhat.com/products/rhel/download?source=sso) and at booting ( after attached on virtual box), no configuration appears ( keyboard language for example), it goes straight to CLI, no GUI of any sort.
I tried downloading another version (8.8) and the same issue.
What surprised me even more that i ve already downloaded 9.3 version a week before and everything went well.
Any suggestions?
PS: i tried so many internet found solutions such set-default graphical.target, gnome (not existing), subscription not authorized (even tho im in root mode and credentials are correct )
