GRUB2-INSTALLATION ISSUES ON RHEL-9.2

Please gave me some solutions on while installing deleted grub2 using redhat-iso cd.
issues is..
i dont have subscriptions.

ISSUES IS ...GRUB2-INSTALL: ERROR /USR/LIB/GRUBX86X64-EFI/MODINFO.SH DOESNT'T EXIT. PLEASE SPECIFY --TARGET OR --DIRECTORY.
