Creating Cluster with 4 VM's

Hello Guys,

i want to create a Cluster with 4 VM's.
First VM shall run the cluster as a Master.
Then i want to add the 3 other VM's to the cluster as workers.

Now i got Running the Cluster on my Master node (installed with crc) but i dont know what to do to add those other VM's to the existing cluster as workers.
