A RHEL 8.9 virtual server behind a firewall cannot register

On a vmware virtual server within a vsphere 7.0 hypervisor I want to register it but throw a timeout error. It is behind a FortiGate 100F Series firewall, and has a full internet access rule.
I attach an image of the error. The same thing happens when I ping 8.8.8.8
Please, what should be checked to access RED HAT links?
