Rhel7 - 7.4.15 patch

Yesterday, 2/13/24, i applied the 7.4.15 patch to my development environment. The patch installed successfully but, when i performed the restart of the jboss instance and performed a restart "shutdown --restart=true", jboss began the restart process but, then there were several errors that were in the server.log file.
The web console eventually displayed "unable to connect".

Has anyone else had issue with the 7.4.15 patch? It came out on 2/6/24.
