License

I have one server bought with the below os specs:

1. Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.2 Factory Install,x64, Requires Subscription Selection

2. RHEL, 1-2SKT, Physical Node, 3YR Premium Sub, up to 4 Virtual Guest, Digitally
   Fulfilled

if I created 4VM on this physical node(2 Linux and 2 Windows ), then for the Virtual Machine needs to purchase another license or this license will support it.
Kindly Guide me. Thanks!
