installing tempo operator openshift

Hi ,

When i am installing redhat tempo operator on openshift console , all i am observing is tempo-operator-controller-55fc85765-2gth8 pod in the namespace openshift-tempo-operator, not sure what needs to be done to see the full tempo-distributed stack, and to get the URL tempo:4317, tempo:3100 . Will this operator openshift-tempo-operator need to install other tempo pods in the namespace openshift-tempo-operator.
