Firewall-cmd reload/restart kills djbdns -- update

It looks like a memory issue. I upped the softlimit and it seems happy. I will see after a day.

I installed djbdns and am using tinydns. and daemontools-0.76.

When I update the firewall and do a firewall-cmd reload or systemctl stop/start firewalld, tinydns stops resolving until I restart start it.

I don't see anything obvious from the log files.

Any ideas?
