RedHat Upgrade RHEL8 -- RHEL9

Hello All,

Good Evening!!!

I am trying to upgrade from RHEL 8.9 to RHEL 9.3, after following the steps there are no errors in leapp preupgrade also server is fetching all the required packages in leapp upgrade and after a successful installation its asking for a reboot (without any errors)
After a reboot, server will start installing the downloaded packages however its eventually failing with error .

  1. Actor: dnf_upgrade_transaction
    Message: DNF execution failed with non zero exit code.

This is Azure Cloud server
