How to upgrade repo rhel8 with SCA enabled

Hi all,

we do have a repo rhel8 with SCA enabled and tryed to update libzip package to a newer version (libzip-1.6.1-1.module+el8.3.0+6678+b09f589e.x86_64.rpm). We see this version available in /repo/rhel-8-for-x86_64-appstream-rpms/Packages, but when I try to install/update it, the system doesn't find it but finds a very previous version that is also available.

We tryed to update the repo using the reposync command but still the version found is the previous one, even if the newer is listed.

How can we align the repo with the latest versions?
