Unable to Install Red hat Openshift Kubernetes Cluster on vmware vSphere

I'm trying to install openshift Cluster on my vmware environment. I've followed this documentation for the installation.

I've tried installing Openshift version 4.13 and 4.14.
I'm getting multiple errors. One of them is that it is unable to ssh master nodes. And install redhat openshift cluster resources.
