Automate the Developer accounts creation process

I would like to automate the creation of multiple accounts in my 3scale tool. Since we have a service with a lot of demand and it takes us a lot of time to grant the credentials because we are doing it manually. If anyone has any procedure that has worked we would like to evaluate it to implement it in our environments.
