TigerVNC install error on

Trying to install TigerVNC on RHEL8 but the RHEL8 is 100% isolated with no repos at all.

Searching for TigerVNC list 13 packages.
I downloaded the dependencies (9/13) moved them over and ran: sudo yum localinstall tigervncxxxxxx.rpm and still getting the same errors
