How to deal with operator cpu and memory?

Hi,

We have 8 worker nodes with each 6 cores. But we notice that operators like Stackrox (ACS) and openshift-logging are setting their limits pretty high.

Would it be a problem to adapt the deployment yaml to lower this? Is there a problem in doing so? And will this be overwritten when you install an update?
