Can't ping public IP adresses of redhat servers from LAN

Hello everybody,
I have several redhat servers (rhel 8.5, 9.2...), turning on vmware esxi 7,
And i have also, several debian servers , also turning on vmware esxi 7.

Every server has two IP adresses : internal (private) IP adresse and public one.
All servers are used as web servers + one dans server turning on rhel 8.5.

The problème is that, from LAN, i can't ping public IP adresses of redhat servers, but i Can ping public IP adresses of debian servers.

What could be wrong on redhat servers, what must i check on them?
PS: there is no firewall in the network.
