RHEL PCS Cluster Unmonitoring

We are seeking to un-monitor the automatic switchover for the cluster resources in our RHEL8.6. However, the functionality of the un-monitoring does not work. Every time we reboot one node, the resources automatically to the other node. Please advise about the commands and procedure needed to implement the un-monitoring so that we need to do the switchover manually not automatically.

Hint: in RHEL7.8 it was straightforward however in RHEL8.6 we faced this problem.
