Is Identity Management the Right Choice?

Hello I have a Total of 4 Servers in my Environment. Of these servers, 3 rhel 7.9 and 1 rhel 8.6 are connected to my 4 servers, some of the users connect with ssh and some with both ssh and tigervnc. Users are created manually on each server. So it is troublesome to manage users on servers. What we want to do is to use the Home folder on my Rhel 8.6 (server1) server as shared and to ensure that the home folder of server1 is automatically connected when users connecting server2,server3,server4 want to access the server with ssh or vnc.

Server1 : Rhel 8.6 (shared Home)
Server2 : Rhel 7.9 ( Map Home server1 )
Server3: Rhel 7.9 ( Map Home server1 )
Server4: Rhel 7.9 ( Map Home server1 )

Can I do this with identity manager? I hope I was able to explain.
Or is there a method you can suggest me?

I am currently manually creating users on each server. I want to do this from a web interface.
