rhosp 17.1 all-in-one deployment default domain disabled - unable to use openstack commands

I managed to disable default domain for RHOSP 17.1 all in one deployment and I cannot use openstack commands any longer. Is there any way how to pass authentication to keystone ?

openstack domain list
