Terms and conditions repeated prompt

Since today/last night, a colleague gets prompted to agree Red Hat terms and conditions (OSA + EA) after attempting to login to the customer portal. I don't get this prompt when using my credentials.

They had already agreed to the terms some time within the last year, and they documents don't look to have changed.

Our corporate policy does not give us authority to independently agree to T's and C's on behalf of the organisation, so my colleague has to wait for someone else to approve. In the meantime they need to ask someone else to access the portal on their behalf or just not do the things they wanted to do.

Anyone else had this repeated prompt, and/or understand why?
