Exception - Class "ZipArchive" not found

Dear Team,
I tried to Upload Zip File from my Totara LMS, unfortunately i am getting this error Exception - Class "ZipArchive" not found.
I noticed this after upgrading my PHP form PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.0,
Please advise,
