Error while accessing soft link by non-root user

when we try to use the db2profile we are getting permission denied due to broken symbolic link

[cs-ws-s-addmscan@segotl6126 ~]$ . /db2share/db2home1/sqllib/db2profile

-bash: /db2share/db2home1/sqllib/bin/db2usrinf: Permission denied

./bin: broken symbolic link to `/db2share/db2base1/v11.5_7/bin'
