CV Problem (duplicate key value error)

Airgapped RHEL Satellite 6.13.2 Environment.

I have 4 cv's.
- RHEL7
- RHEL8
- RHEL7_AddOn
- RHEL8_AddOn

Importing RHEL7 and RHEL8 cv's continues to fail BUT it worked without issues before.

Below the repos in the RHEL7 CV (RHEL8 has basically the same just for RHEL8)
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Server Extras RPMs x86_64
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Server Optional RPMs x86_64 7Server
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Server RPMs x86_64 7Server
- Red Hat Satellite Client 6 for RHEL 7 Server RPMs x86_64
- Red Hat Software Collections RPMs for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Server x86_64 7Server

I deleted the entire CV on the disconnected satellite.
Ran: foreman-rake katello:delete_orphaned_content
Ran: runuser -u postgres -- reindex -a Started import process of RHEL7 CV.

Still getting the error. (screenshot attached)

The import of the two other cv's (RHEL7_AddOn, RHEL8_AddOn) works fine but they are also smaller on size (only contain EPEL repo).

Is there a cmd that verifies the db, or clears out or updates collection names or such that might could cause that?

A ticket was submitted but they couldn't help. So I closed it out ..
