Subscription Allocations

I understand that it's not recommended to delete any subscription allocations entires.

But

if there is a Subscription Allocations for a older Satellite Server Environment (example: 6.11) and your current environment is listed with a new Subscription Allocations (Sat 6.13), I should be able to delete the older Subscription Allocations, right?
