Receiving host server and switch hardware alarms on OCP via SNMP

Hello Experts,

I am seeking the way to manage the alarms of host HW servers and related swtiched over SNMP with OCP platform. And cannot find the reference at the moment..

Could someone pleaes advise any clue to understand the possibility and the way ?
