Problem with replicating IPA

I am having troubles with creating replicas of my IPA server. I have a IPA server with roles DNS, CA and KRA on CentOS7. I made a replica on RHEL8 with same roles and then I decomissioned IPA on CentOS7 to promote IPA on RHEL8 to a master node. Now, when I am trying to make replica from IPA on RHEL8, I am meeting a problem, that all DNS forwarders failed to answer the '. SOA' query. How can I fix this problem?
