CRC 2.18.0 Hanging on install

I download the CRC installer for Mac (I am running 13.3.1 (a) ) on Intel based 2019 MBP

I ran through the installer and then launched the Wizard. I added a secret from IBM Cloud ICR and clicked next and it has been sitting here like this for 20mins with no update, is there a log I can tail to see what its actually doing as the UI is not giving any feedback.
