okd 4.11

Hello,

When attempting to create an okd cluster using the installer (okd 4.11) for Openstack following these steps https://openmetal.io/docs/manuals/kubernetes-guides/installing-an-openshift-cluster-on-openstack the machines are created but the cluster is not created when I ssh into the bootsrap machine to troubleshoot it actually show that it is not able to pull images that are needed when I try a podman pull or dokcer pull from the bootstrap machine I get this error Error: initializing source docker://registry:1: pinging container registry registry-1.docker.io: Get "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/": http: server gave HTTP response to HTTPS client any idea to what I'm doing wrong?
