how to switch from FIPS mode enable to FIPS mode disable

our customer want to switch from FIPS mode = 1 to mode = 0 on a redhat 8.6

the system was installed with a kickstart with FIPS mode enable

in the documentation i can find a procedure to switch from disable to enable , but not from enable to disable

Anyone got a link from redhat how to do this ?
