In-place upgrade leapp cannot upgrade our Red Hat Linux from 7.9 to 8.6

Latest response

We ran leapp in our RHEL 7.9 Maipo (3.10.0-1160.59.1.e17.X86_64) by command: leapp upgrade --target

No error is shown in console, but we found 2 warnings in leapp logs as below:

2023-03-28 17:58:15.382 WARNING PID: 25734 leapp.workflow.FactsCollection.load_device_driver_deprecation_data: File /etc/leapp/files/device_driver_deprecation_data.json does not exist, falling back to online service

2023-03-28 17:58:15.660 WARNING PID: 25734 leapp.workflow.FactsCollection.load_device_driver_deprecation_data: File https://cert.cloud.redhat.com/api/pes/device_driver_deprecation_data.json successfully retrieved and read (106542 bytes)

On reboot the server, instead of RHEL 8.5, we found a new boot entry for newer RHEL 7.9 (3.10.0-1160.88.1.e17.X86_64). We tried but no longer can redo the leapp pre-upgrade step. How it can be solved to continue upgrade? Many thanks!
