Adding condition to Pacemaker Failover and automate changes on global.ini

in a 2 Nodes SAP HANA Scale-Up System Replication using the RHEL HA, is it possible to make Pacemaker do the following when failover for HDB PRD happens ? (from DC1 to DC2) :

1) First adapts the global_allocation_limit (Parameter in HANA global.ini config file) on the Secondary server.

2) Stops all non PRD HDBs databases running on the Secondary server ( we have 3 ones running there )

3) Only then promotes the Secondary server as the Master for HDB PRD ?
