Can not boot into Windows through Grub menu

About Machine:

Acer laptop with 2 SSDs installed. One has windows installed in it and the other one has RHEL 9.1 .

Issue :

Selecting Windows boot manager from Grub menu causes system freeze and rebooting is causing crash. However I can boot into windows by entering boot menu and selection Windows boot manager from there.

Things I have already done:

1) I have reinstalled grub multiple times and updated grub's config file.
2) I have tried reinstalling linux.
