How choose the best package of subscription for RedHat Entreprise Linux ?

We are quite lost into the several subscriptions choices we have to get Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Can you help me to choose if i explain my needs ?

We need 2-3 servers for developement and testing purpose. We will have them on ESXi. For that purpose, it seems that our best choice is « No-cost Red Hat Enterprise Linux Individual Developer Subscription », do you agree ?
But then if we want the same thing, with some customer support, what is the next step ? The « Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server standard subscription » ?
Nothing between this option and the previous one ?

Also, we’ll obviously sell our program to our customers. This will mainly be install on virtual servers. For the customer, which subscription should we go with ? The same as above (Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server standard subscription) or there is another choice.
