Manage Azure VMs via satellite

When we constructed our Azure VMs, we used BYOS images. As such, most of our Azure instances have been connected to Satellite via Simple Content Access or directly to CDN. Since we have had some delays in renewing our subscriptions (no fault of RedHat’s) we are wondering if it is possible to use a regular (non-BYOS) image and still have the ability to connect and manage our VMs through Satellite. Doing this would mean that our subscription would be a line item on the monthly Azure bill, and we would not have to go through the annual renewal process. We do not want to run Satellite in Azure, we have that already built on premises. We simply want to see if we can manage instances in Azure with Satellite. There is a ton of documentation out there, but we are not sure where to start if it can be done.
