Problem in installing REHL 9

I face a problem when installing rhel 9 in vmware workstation 16, error message that "can't boot os " bootloader failure" this appear while fininshing install packages as OS with GUI.

Also, I tried to install another version of rhel 7.2 and appear error message, attached below.

Please, help me.
