Unable to start KIE Server for RedHat Decision Manager v7.12 - Websphere App Server

Hi,

Good day to you.

Background:
I am trying to setup and install Red Hat Decision Manager on IBM WebSphere Application Server.

IBM WebSphere Application Server is setup successfully.

I followed the installation guide from Part V. Chapter 42 to Chapter 46.

Problem:
When I tried to start KIE Server, i received an error message and here attached is the messages from the log file.

Unfortunately, this is for an on-perm server, so I am not able to extract for the full logs but can take snapshot of it.

What I have tried:
1) Checking the config against what the installation guide says , stop and start the server again.
