Installation issue

2 weeks ago, i have installed RH CR on my machine and it was working as a charm. For some reasons, I had to uninstall it ( I ahev well checked that all the files were deleted ) but ,since, I have a hard time installing it. I got this error message( See below ). I have checked the HYperV manager tools and tried to manually start the VM and get : Boot failure.

I have tried multiple times ( with/without Admin rights on CMD/Powershell ). No success.

Any idea ?
