Unusual memory usage

Hi I have an unusual memory usage in production environment.
Here is what’s happen:
Couple of days ago facing this chart, after i down/up jboss memory usage back to normal but after a while increasing, so i should down/up again.

Try to get hprof, gc.log, jboss log,...

Eclipse MAT

Any idea?
